Artist Submissions — Mush Meadows Records

Submissions are open for new artists who are interested in joining Mush Meadows Records. Before submitting, please carefully review and follow all requirements below. Submissions that do not meet these guidelines may not receive a response.

Submission Requirements

1. Website Account Required
   You must be logged into your Mush Meadows Records website account before submitting.
   Submissions made without logging in will not be reviewed.

2. Accepted File Links Only
   Submissions must be sent only via:

   • Google Drive

   • Dropbox

   Please double-check that your link permissions are set to allow access.

3. Audio Format

   • Files must be submitted in WAV format only.

4. Project Naming Guidelines

   • Single: Use the single’s title only.

   • EP or Album: Format the title like this:
     Example: Snowstorm EP

   • The Project Title field must match the official release title.

5. Contract & Release Terms

   • If accepted, you will be required to sign an e-signature agreement.

   • Upon signing, you will be eligible to release unlimited music with Mush Meadows Records for one (1) year.

   • After the one-year term, you must re-submit to continue releasing with the label.

6. Genres

   • There are no specific genre restrictions. We welcome all styles and sounds.

7. Discord Requirement

   • You must provide your correct Discord username.

   • You must be a member of the Mush Meadows Records Discord server.

Royalty Split

• 60% — Artist (you keep the majority of your earnings)

• 40% — Mush Meadows Records
